Refund and Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of nutritional supplements, we can only accept claims made within 7 days of delivery. Please note that refunds are in the form of store credits or cash voucher only.
Eligibility
We provide replacement of product(s) or full refund (Store Credits/Cash Voucher) for the following cases:
- Items are defective
- Products received are expired upon delivery
- Wrong items delivered to customer
Claims must include photographic proof of the item(s) and issue.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened products, used items, and partially used products cannot be returned.
Refunds and Exchanges
Customers must lodge a refund or exchange claim via email at support@sumdifference.com within 7 days of delivery. Once the claim is processed, the customer must return said item to the office address provided. Shipping and handling fee incurred while returning item(s) to SumDifference are borne by customers. SumDifference will not be held liable for any lost return delivery until it reaches our office. Once return item(s) is inspected and approved, we will issue a refund in the form of Store Credits or Cash Voucher or customers can opt for a replacement of the item returned. Processing may take 5–10 business days.
Do note that refunds and exchanges cannot be entertained for orders that are wrongly made by customers. Shipping and handling fee incurred while returning item(s) to SumDifference are borne by customers. SumDifference will not be held liable for the return of the item(s) until it reaches our office.
Exchanges
Refunds and exchanges cannot be entertained for orders that are wrongly made by customers.
Subscriptions
Subscription payments are non-refundable once processed. You may cancel future renewals anytime before the next billing date.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
How to Request a Return
Email us at support@sumdifference.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos.
